Sales Manager UK – ANPR

The property
Salary: up to £50k Basic DOE Benefits: Additional OTE, Company Car, Pension, Phone, Laptop
The Sales Manager will identify business opportunities and new customers in the UK market, to expand the UK business, working towards system integrators within the access/security and parking industry.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Generates new business and retains existing business whilst simultaneously maximizing opportunities and profit for the Company
  • Key Account Management of existing client base and new client generation
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending appropriate system equipment and software solutions.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Generates new potential client relationships via numerous methods (Professional Social Networking, Organised Exhibitions / Events, pro-active research via internet etc.
  • Produces timely, professional and concise quotations and reports
  • Attends client and or site meetings / surveys
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
Desirable Skills/Attributes
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably from the ANPR/Security industry, with minimum 3 years of managing sales growth
  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
  • Results oriented
  • Clear and excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills at all levels, internal as well as external
  • A professional attitude to the companies ethics and clear understanding of operational/business goals and objectives
  • Good Team player and recognizes the inter links and impacts within the organization of their role
  • Good understanding of the business processes inside and outside the role, and their inter dependencies
Other Requirements
  •  International Travel may be required at times
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Should be able to work comfortably in a typical office environment
